  Disappointed would be the best word for my experience. Start with the best: sweet potato fries. Then the average: my water. Moving on, we come to below par: Philly cheese steak and service. Finish it out with the worst: the shake and cleanliness of the restaurant. Won't ever recommend this joint to anyone or visit again. (2 stars just for the sweet potatoes.)

  Usually love going here for a burger with the family. Today, we waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by one of their staff. There was several open booths and at least 2 that simply needed to be bussed, yet the hostess told us it was at least a 15 minute wait still. The only reason I could see was lack of staff actually doing their jobs. After waiting for another 10 minutes we finally walked out.

  This is a good Johnny Rockets location. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Just eat here on a warm day because it can get really cold with the doors opening and closing.
