  We had a stellar visit in person followed by a failed takeout order (which they went out of their way to correct). In person the food was delicious and exactly to our specifications. Service was also stellar--they cleaned a table at our request immediately, and when our daughter spilled her chocolate milk, they jumped into action: cleaning up the sizeable spill and bringing us another milk. Awesome. So we ordered takeout from them a couple days later. The primary issue was that the wrap we ordered was incorrect, and tasted gross (my personal subjective take anyway). All in all, the only one who liked what they'd ordered was my wife. She called and let them know what happened and they immediately offered to refund our entire order. So this was commitment to making mistakes right is why I'm leaving my rating at five stars. We'll definitely give them another shot because our first visit was so exceptional.

  This was so disappointing! My husband and I went shortly after they opened so our poor experience may have been because they hadn't worked out all the kinks yet. Nonetheless, our experience was not good. When we arrived it was about 6/6:30 and there was literally one other couple in the whole place and about three or four employees just standing behind the counter. We ordered our food, which I felt was very overpriced and then we went to sit down. We had the hardest time finding a single clean table to sit at! It was shocking; if it had been a really busy place like Café Rio or Zuppas then I'd totally understand that it would be hard for the staff to keep the tables clean, but it wasn't busy at all - really there was only one other couple! When we finally found a semi-clean table it was by the door. I'm not sure if someone noticed our roaming around trying to find a clean place to sit because after sitting for a few minutes one of the employees went around and started sort of cleaning off tables (I say sort of because it wasn't am A+ effort). Plus the restaurant was incredibly cold (and the temperatures outside were still cold as well). So not only was the inside temperature cold, but the only clean table was by the door, so we basically froze. Then when our food was brought out it was totally substandard! It didn't taste all that great. Overall the whole experience was disappointing. Hopefully they've been able to work thing out - I loved the idea of a healthier restaurant option.

  Their menu is vast and fun... It took us awhile to figure out what we wanted, then went to stand in the line, which is formatted like zupas or cafe rio. The staff seemed very disorganized. Some were standing around while we waited to order and pay for our meals. The food, although very fresh, was rather bland, which I was surprised by. The presentation was excellent, just didn't match up when it came to taste. The wraps are basically just lettuce, chicken, and dressing. "Grilled" onions are still mostly raw. Sweet potato soup didn't have anything special about it. Sad to say we won't be coming here again.

  This is my new favorite food spot! Fresh food, fast and friendly service, Gluten free soups and salads! You can't miss with this place! Definitely a place that serves the conscientious foodies like me!
