  The food is great but the service is terrible! I ordered carry out pizza on a weekday. I was on crutches and needed to call the store to see if they were ready for me to pick up. I was sitting in the parking stall right outside of the door when I called. The manager onshift picked up and answer the phone and asked if I would hold. I honestly held for 5 minutes while she stood and chatted with the young man at the counter. When she finally picked back up I told her I was sitting in my car watching her talk and wondered why she put me on hold to socialize. She apologized and my pizza had been ready the whole time. I would order delivery next time if I choose to go back.

  Pizza was 35 minutes late. One of the two pizzas ordered was wrong. Staff was far from helpful.
